English post for the sake of it

You win Irja, from now on I will write my blog in English. Firstly because it's surprisingly hard to keep switching languages, and secondly because I want as many as possible to actually be able to enjoy my wonderful amazing kick ass blog. Yeah, not pretentious at all. I warn readers that spelling errors might be present in this text.

Quick recap, thursday was assessment-day for Music Project Performance, wich is basicaly a Live-performance that is assessed. Easy concept, hard to pull off perfectly. The day was amazing, so many great performances and I am really proud of what my little Squad of french/italian/swedish-bandmembers pulled of! We'll see if it takes us all the way to the End of term-showcase, but the competition is hard so I don't want to get ahead of myself.

Today also marks the magical two-week limit before I return home to the glorious motherland again. I feel like I will sleep for a week or so when I get home, just from the pure relaxation of being in a known place. That said, the weeks until then will be all but easy, as I have a ton of assessments coming up, so wish me luck I suppose.

Also, releaseparty hype! This friday we in Annie Hall released our new music video, this time for 'Hits'. The video was recorded and edited by the ever so talented boys of #Filmify, and uses shots from our two last gigs this summer. I'll post a link below so you can check it out! It really makes you long for summer again when you see this photage, back to heat and a bit of more sun.

At our little household here in Streatham we are currently undergoing a bit of an experiment. We are attempting a late Thanksgiving-dinner with turkey and everything. Funnily enough none of us has ever celebrated thanksgiving, and we barely know what we celebrate, but hey, good food and drink is not anything I say no to in the first place.
We have already fucked up the stuffing of the turkey so we'll see how the end result turns out!

That's it for now lads, I'm looking forward to seeing everyone in a couple of days time. Until then, have a great första advent!
